Database admin user

Hi, we uploaded the database.sql on our phpmyadmin, in the table tbl_admin there isn't any user.

Of course if we try to access on the admin backend panel we got username and password error.

How can we create a admin user? In particular we must use MD5 on the password field?

    However our admin URL is https://www.beddaradio.it/app2024/public/admin/login

    you may be not add your username and password at setup time..

    please share your cpanel access..
